Larry Bohn, Managing Director, General Catalyst Partners

As a Managing Director of General Catalyst Partners, Larry invests in both new and existing technology businesses.  Areas of special interest include: open source, information technology; systems; and software on-demand and business models.

Prior to joining General Catalyst, Larry served in leading roles at NetGenesis, a market leading software and analytic solutions provider; PC DOCS, Inc., a leading developer of document management software for enterprise networks; and Interleaf, Inc., a top provider of electronic publishing solutions.

An acknowledged thought leader, Larry has spoken at leading industry events and has been a guest lecturer at Harvard, Stanford, and the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He was also a founder and the first president of OASIS, the industry consortium promoting XML adoption.  Larry is an honors graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and holds a masters of arts degree in Linguistics from Clark University. Andrew Payne

Andrew is an experienced executive, inventor, and entrepreneur, with over 15 years experience building software businesses. He's an investor in several early stage startups, and a co-founder/adviser for Lab256.

Previously, Andrew was a principal at Computational Biology Corporation (CBC), which was acquired by Agilent in 2004. Before CBC, he was Founder, President and CEO of Revenio, a venture-funded eMarketing software company he founded in 1999.

Prior to Revenio, he was a co-founder and the VP of Technology at Open Market, a pioneering developer of Internet commerce application software. He built the company's development infrastructure and was a co-inventor of the company's commerce architecture and technologies. He also helped bring the company through a series of financings, including a public stock offering in 1996.

He has an electrical engineering degree with distinction from Cornell University and holds 7 patents.  See Andrew's detailed bio.

Gail Goodman, President & CEO, Constant Contact

Gail is founding member and CEO of Constant Contact, a leading provider of on-demand email marketing and online surveys for small organizations. Under her leadership, Constant Contact has grown its customer base to more than 150,000 worldwide. Gail is a seasoned executive with experience in software product management and marketing and has served in senior management roles at Open Market, Progress Software Corporation, Dun & Bradstreet Corporation Software, and Bain & Co.

Gail is a frequent speaker at industry events and is a member of several board of directors, including chairman of the board of directors at Constant Contact, member of the board of trustees of the Massachusetts Software Council, steering committee member of the ESPC (Email Sender and Provider Coalition), member of The Massachusetts Chapter of the National Federation of Independent Businesses and member of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council. As Special Venture Partner at General Catalyst Partners, George focuses on investment opportunities in new media, interactive marketing and digital-driven disruptions of traditional consumer behavior.

George has been involved in the creation and growth of consumer businesses for 25 years. Before General Catalyst, he held leading roles at Upromise, the country's largest college savings service, and Excite@Home, bringing together the Excite portal with the @Home cable broadband platform.  Larry founded The Outdoor Life Network (now Versus Network), a specialty cable channel reaching 40+MM homes and served as SVP Times Mirror Magazines, where he oversaw eight special interest magazines.
